Meet our Encore Vision, Inc and Encore Lab Services Team members:

Teri Harris / General Manager of Encore and Encore Lab Services
Teri began her optical career in 1979 working in a large wholesale optical laboratory in Portland, Oregon in the surfacing department. This is also where she met her husband.  Desiring to expand her knowledge in optics she left to work for a large retail chain store in both lab and retail settings achieving an ABO certification.  In 1990 she briefly left the optical industry to stay at home raising her son. During this time she saw a television program about the horrifying plight of the Romanian orphans, and was compelled to go to Romania to adopt a child. Traveling to Romania for nearly 2 months leaving her family behind proved difficult; however, she was fortunate to find a beautiful little girl to join their family. Later returning to the optical industry she continued working for wholesale laboratories and retail establishments. After moving to Spokane, Washington she began working for Encore Vision in 2003, becoming Sales Manager, and then eventually General Manager in 2006. She has found a career in the optical industry to be a rewarding adventure, and Encore Vision has proven to be the perfect company to fulfill her professional goals.

Vicki K./ Sales Assistant/Warehouse Operations Lead
With a 21 year background in the optical industry she has proven to be a valuable asset to Encore Vision. She manages the warehouse operations and customer service order department. Vicki enjoys providing the best in customer service.  Her background also includes working in an optical laboratory and as a retail dispenser.  She loves spending time, watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.

Chuck S./ Encore Lab Services Manager
Chuck began working in the optical industry since his family owned and operated an optical laboratory in Spokane Washington. Chuck brings his 32 years of expertise to our laboratory.  For fun, Chuck enjoys the outdoors, golfing, riding his motorcycle, ATV, and snowmobile, and playing softball.
